The Ionian Beach Hotel has 82 bungalows set in extensive gardens of over 10 acres, directly adjacent to a long sandy beach. All bungalows have a terrace, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, colour TV, mini fridge and a view of the garden, sea or pool.

A small number of rooms can accommodate two adults and two children in bunk beds. There are also three larger suites which can accommodate up to 6 persons in inter-connecting rooms. Superior sea-front and pool-front bungalows are available at a supplement.
